The Gunners have agreed terms with Yannick Carrasco.

The Belgian winger is craving to quit Chinese Super League side Dalian Yifang and return to Europe.

Carrasco, 25, is eager to play in the Premier League and was close to joining the Arsenal on loan in January.

But the deal failed, but now, According to Sport Mediaset. the forward looks like he will get his wish agreeing a deal with the North London side.

He told Belgian website Nieuwsbladwhile on international duty "There is now an offer on the table and the negotiations with my agent are progressing well.

"I am the most important player in the club, but I hope the chairman understands me.

"From a family point of view, I would rather play in Europe and stay closer to my family.

Arsenal are yet to agree a fee with the Chinese outfit who are refusing to budge on their £25million valuation of Carrasco.

With a £40m summer budget, the Arsenal top brass are trying to seal a season-long loan with an option to buy.

Another option is the stagger the transfer fee over a longer than usual period adding performance related add-ons.
