Real Madrid to offer Gareth Bale to Manchester United in transfer offer for Paul Pogba

Chelsea confirmed on Friday Eden Hazard would be joining Real, but Zinedine Zidane is not finished spending just yet.

Real have already spent big on defender Eder Militao and striker Luka Jovic this summer, but the Mirror claim Zidane will push ahead with his bid to sign Pogba.

Pogba is thought to be open to a switch to Spain, as United suffered another bitterly disappointing season at Old Trafford.

Zidane is not the biggest fan of Bale and dropped the Welshman completely for Real’s final three games, although he did manage to break back into the matchday squad for the last match of the campaign against Real Betis.

United will demand around £130million for Pogba and Bale could be used as a sweetener for the Red Devils. Bale has long been linked with a move to Old Trafford, with the Manchester club reportedly interested in 29-year-old before he moved to Real in 2013.

And Zidane is ready to offload Bale in the coming weeks as part of a huge squad overhaul, as he collects a huge £600,000-a-week at the Bernabeu.
